Following a phone call, we will take it upon us to match your request with seasonality, supplier demand, scouting through a plethora of recipe books and variations of dishes, practicality of the venue and the level of preparation designed within your budget. Your outcome will be a first draft menu giving you options to choose from. This fee is a one off fee of £60 and is reduced to £30 should you proceed to book with Reminisce Private Catering
